Diann Roffe

Diann Roffe was an Olympic champion and an outstanding leader and role model on the U.S. Ski Team.

At the age of 16 she won a silver medal in the giant slalom at the World Junior Championships.  The following year, in 1985 she won a gold medal at the FIS alpine championships.  She competed at three Olympic Games, winning silver in the GS in 1992 and a gold medal in the Super G in 1994.  In World Cup competition she had two wins and one second place.

She won 6 national titles: the GS title in 1989, 1992 and 1993; the slalom title in 1984 (a tie) and in 1992 and the Super G title in 1992.  In 1992 she won three national titles.
